So I won this amazing lamp from a giveaway on the Amber Interiors blog a couple of months ago.  Isn’t it MAJ?  (That’s magic for those of you who don’t follow Rachel Zoe).  I am absolutely in love with it.

Delta Table Lamp in Pumpkin

Sorry for the crappy pic but I was so excited to share my winnings!  I put it on the dresser in my walk in closet but I am sure it will travel all over my house in the coming months.  It is called the Delta Table Lamp and came from Blue Key Studios.  In my true fashion I had such a hard time deciding on a color.  It was between taupe, amethyst, and oxblood, but at the last minute I chose this pumpkin color and I am so glad I did.  The exact same day the lamp was delivered I received my Canadian House and Home Magazine which completely inspired me to do a room in navy and orange.

Isn’t it a fun look?  I have been wanting to redecorate our bedroom but the spouse put the nix on my idea due to his hatred of navy blue.  How can two people be so different? Surely he has not read my Indigo Inspiration post!  Anyway, for now it will remain in my WIC and I couldn’t be more excited!
